Product Description

Robert focuses on how to use the same rhythm, timing and motion as your single axel.
He explains how to just jump from forward to backward.
He then talks about a continuous motion until landing.

You will hear common errors such as trying to go around the jump instead of through.
You need to land with wrists tight, then jump 3 turn and land in a back spin.
Use a line to help your take off, it is good for a guide.

You will see a great demonstration as well.  This is an excellent exercise to assist in the development of single axels.
