Product Description
This is a mohawk set axel exercise to create the proper take off on a waltz, axel, or double axel. This lesson uses Hudl technique and shows step by step what is needed to create the exercise and you will see lines drawn slow motion and even pauses at key points in this exercise.
You will see demonstration of the exercise over and over to really understand what is needed to properly do this exercise. Paige talks about acceleration on the mohawks and you will see a waltz jump and a single axel. This lesson is 3 minutes and 28 seconds.
This is a great way to start a session as it builds muscle memory and if your at all swingy on the take off of your axel this exercise will really help set the left side on the entry edge.
