In this 3 minute 23 second lesson is a twizzle exercise that is useful to practice for your air position. This is a great warm up exercise or cool down as well. You can really feel the need for a strong air position and how to position your arms and your feet.
This really wakes up your body and gets you ready to jump. You are creating muscle memory for your jumps. This lesson shows the exercise in normal speed and in slow motion so you can really see what technique you need to do the exercise properly.
You don’t nee a lot of speed for this exercise. You will need control though it’s great to be aware of your entire body in this exercise.
