This position is based on your shoulders, and which way they face. You must keep both shoulders facing the ice.
You will see a demonstration at the end but it is not the martini, but shows all of the three camel variations, up, side, forward.You must keep the camel position remember your knee higher than your hip. Paige suggests doing spirals every day with the variation to help you do it much easier when spinning.
