This lesson talks about the scizzor action and how it is different to a flying camel.  In this 2 minute 10 seconds where Tugba uses the boards/wall to practice tis action.  You can support yourself and work on the pause that is needed to geth the difficult fly.  Tugba stresses that your heel goes up to the sky to get the proper action on the take off.  It’s this action that creates the height and float at the top making it look amazing.
