Double Axel Alignment


Product Description

In this lesson Robert discusses your body alignment. You need to be patient on the step forward and keep your core nice and stable.  While you move your arms into a v position and lead with your left shoulder you create a nice step forward so when you lift your free leg up it will naturally go in behind your hip.

Robert likes the body to be a little bit sideways and the free leg looking like a layback.  You will then see a great walk through.  This walk through has a twizzle.

You will then see a double axel and hear some great timing and rhythm tips from Robert.  He stresses in this 3 minute and 31 second video lesson to keep your timing smooth and even.
