In this lesson Robert discusses your body alignment. You need to be patient on the step forward and keep your core nice and stable. While you move your arms into a v position and lead with your left shoulder you create a nice step forward so when you lift your free leg up it will naturally go in behind your hip.
Robert likes the body to be a little bit sideways and the free leg looking like a layback. You will then see a great walk through. This walk through has a twizzle.
