Janice starts with the jump flex land exercise in a series of ten. You will hear to flex your heels then landing on toes. You must never break in your waist. You need to do this exercise remaining tall and tight. Janice shows this position.
Next Janice moves to the basic position for many jumps. This is where you reset. This exercise starts with a half rotation. You will hear the importance of being small and skinny in the air, no big elbows. You also need to focus on your head placement. Now you will add a full turn to this exercise.
