This is an excellent warm up exercise or one you can do at the end of a practice or session. You will learn the exercise which consists of a inside three turn crossover, a mohawk then a glide. This exercise build muscle memory for jumping and gets your body ready to skate on a sesion.
You will hear the importance of your upper body, the rhythm used and your shoulders and upper body control. You will hear how this can help your landings as well. You will see some slow motion and stopped images with proper positions.
