This lesson is very helpful to learn a jump within a spin without changing feet.  Paige talks about only doing 2 features per side in your combination spins.  This feature needs to hit the sit position in 2 rotations.  This particular spin goes from the camel to the difficult fly to a sit spin with a difficult fly on the same foot.

You need to get some tuck in this fly similar to a flying sit.  So you need to tuck your leg under your butt to get this fly looking good.  In the 3 minute 15 second video lesson you will see this spin feature executed and hear helpful tips on your back and shoulders.
