This lesson will get you started on your one foot spin.  Jacob explains how this is a tricky entry and how to progress into this entry.

In this 2 minute 4 second lesson Jacob uses semi circles to show the entry and the breakdown of the set up.  He takes you step by step into the spin and then you will add cross overs backwards into the spin.  Jacob demonstrates the whole time he is teaching this entry which is very helpful.
