Product Description
In this 2 minute and 50 second lesson Michael Hopfes focuses on your head and uses the boards to create a very helpful exercise to help you keep your head straight on your take off. This gives you somewhere to focus and keep your head straight. Your head is key to keeping your take off in control and creating an axis over the skating side. When you create an axis efficiently, you improve how fast you can rotate for double and triple jumps. Here you see young, developing skaters learning to control their head at the onset of learning double jumps. Use this exercise in combination with others by Michael Hopfes for developing strong training habits as skaters develop single, double and triple jumps.
