If your working on your single axel this 2 minute 47 second axel progressions is for you. Robert Tebby uses a couple of progressions using the line and a curved edge into the take off. He uses the waltz jump back soin exercise to get starded.
Robert then introduces the bell jump doing one rotation landing on 2 feet. You use the same entry as waltz jump back spin. This creates stability and rotation. Robert then adds the back spin to the bell jump. This is an excellent progression for beginners.
