You can use this to create more stability and strong take off that is needed when you want to add rotation for a double triple even a quad loop.
Robert takes you through the set position needed and shows arm, foot, head placement and talks about the cross leg slightly tense position. You will learn how to set this up on a curve which helps you initiate rotation. You will also hear about where to look on your landing which helps you gain and maintain control.
