Tugba takes the sit spin from the entry edge creating a three turn.  She shows you the actual entry on the ice and the shape it creates and then what edge to skate on.  In this 1 minute 30 second lesson Tugba really helps the skater understand the feeling and proper entry to get the spin the same each time.  Tugba also focuses on your free leg placement and blade placement during the spin which help you spin faster and longer.  This also helps you spin in one spot which we call centering the spin.
