This lesson really focuses on your head placement.  In every jump your head placement is critical.  Douglas shows the proper head placement and in this 3 minute 22 second video you will see a helpful single toe double toe exercise.

You get to see many skaters execute a single toe double toe which is a great way to get your combinations going.  Seeing the jumps properly done and hearing the coaches feedback is very helpful.
