This is another great lesson by Brian Orser. We begin with Brian explaining this exercise then he demonstrates this exercise. We then show this in slow motion a couple of times.
Brian then sums up the exercise and explains trying to utilize momentum and the idea of gaining speed as you go. He discusses the direction of your jumps and how important it is that you have that idea and how to eyeball the jumps and then he compares it to a runway. You land on your runway then take off and land but always knowing the direction you need to be going so your jump does not spiral around.
