This lesson focuses on how to be patient on the in between piece of the combination.  You will hear how the free leg sweeps in a half circle motion.  With HUDL technique you will see lines drawn to show you in detail where you want your position throught the whole combination.

In the 3 minute 25 second lesson you will also see critical arm placement in slow motion as well.  You will see what could be done better by the skater as well.  This will help you with your technique.  You will hear about the timing an rhythm needed to get the second jump done easily.
