You need to be very flexible for this position.  Remember this is an upright position.  This can be used in combinations as well as laybacks.  Learn that it is the top of the variations and could give you pluses on your GOE

Paige then explains how to move into this position.  You can stand up before or just stay in a haircutter or laybck and move to this position.  You must have the free foot over top of your spinning foot.  Learn blade placement and important head placement.

Learn to move quickly and strongly to get your 2 rotations necessary.

You will then see a demonstration in slow motion and in normal speed.  This is  a very impressive position that judges love, so you increase the chance that you will get more points doing it.
