Note The Backward entry as of July 1st 2014 is quoted from ISU Regular backward entry is no longer considered a difficult entry. You may still use this entry but it is no longer a difficult spin entry.
Note as of July 2011 a back entry only counts once per program. You can execute it as often as you want but the first attempt will count as a difficult feature.
In this lesson you will learn how and when you can use a backwards entry. There are demonstrations of all of the back entries. Learn the ISU requirements of the back entry and how to make the back entry count as a level feature as well as when and why a backward entry does not count.
