Jeffrey Buttle demonstrates an exercise for your back spin to help create speed and centering.

You will see with HUDL technique slow motion and pauses with lines drawn on many key points.  You will see how Jeffrey continues to use his arms drawing in to see how this helps build speed.  Balance and the placement of your weight on your blade are key.  The exercise is 3 strong entries into your spin to create momentum.
