Anything you do on the ice as far as spins go …you can do on a spinner board.  Paige will teach a skater the importance of balance and a strong basic position which is key to rotations and getting the back spin to really speed up.  You will also see great demonstrations and learn the importance of the wind up to create speed and balance.
