This is a great warm up or cool down exercise.  Paige teaches this exercise and gives key pointers on it.  She compares this to a sal chow and how it buils muscle memory.  The demonstrator keeps her upper body nice and controlled which is key.  You will see how there is a nice landing on this exercise as well.  There is a bracket and Choctaw as well.
