In this 2 minute and 52 second video lesson Michelle Leigh uses dartfish to show a step by step take off on a loop jump.  She then discusses how to start this spinning exercise.  You will learn how to start the spin and switch your head and arms.

You will then learn another loop jump exercise using only one arm on your take off.  Michelle uses the trick of keeping it in the pocket.  You will hear its the arm in front that goes in the opposite pocket.  This exercise is very helpful if your take off is wild and swings around.
