This is a great warm up for your jumps. Or just as a great warm up at the start of a session. This exercise goes of yur heels. It is great for your upper body as well creating muscle memory.
Robert Tebby explains the positions needed with your arms and then gives great advice on your head placement as well. Robert explains good jumping technique using our core making our hips wanting to turn. In this exercise your feet should go first.
You will then see a demonstration in normal speed then in slow motion. This 1 minute 58 second video really wakes up all of our body before we get jumping.
