Hop Twizzle Exercise


Product Description

This helpful hop twizzle exercise can be used to warm up or cool down after a session.  You also could do this on your 6 min warm up to get your body ready for jumping.  Very helpful for jumps like loop flip or lutz.  Paige comments on finishing it with a great strong landing.

You can use the technique for great jumping by not turning your head n the take off of your jumps.  This creates such great muscle memory.  This great 3 min 10 second lesson shows the exercise and also breaks it down in slow motion to help you understand you foot, arm placement.
