This lesson takes a look at some great jump exercises. You can use these exercises to warm up or you can use them to get greater GOE as it can be more difficult to execute jumps with footwork preceding a jump. It also can help you stop telegraphing into your jumps. Everyone like to be surprised by a jump and not see long drawn out set ups that are both boring and easy to do so your mark will reflect on this difficulty. You will see an axel exercise to help with your arm placement and cut down on the swinging of your arms on the take off and landing, wallies 3 in a row ,and a wally done in both directions, also a great edge/ lutz exercise that could be used as footwork or just something a little more difficult than a straight simple entry.
You will hear what each exercise is and this will help you do these exercises at home as there are great demonstrations of each one so you can follow along.
