This layback lesson is 3 minutes and 29 seconds and has a Level 4 layback demonstration.  This particular demonstration also has a sise to back feature with a flat haircutter.  Janice teaches the proper way to do a haircutter or more known as the upright layback feature.

Janice shows the proper hand grab and discusses your shoulders and your elbow.  You will also hear how to pull your arm and elbow close to your body and she uses the boards to balance and this helps the skaters hold on and practice the position.
