Layback The Basic Positions

Lets learn the layback spin.  First thing is balance and a basic position.  You must do stage one balance first.  Stage 2 two is free leg hip open and foot placement.  This is a great layback starter for 1 minute and 56 seconds.

Janice will introduce hips moving forward in later lessons but its important to get the balance and free leg position first.
