This exercise puts the waltz jump, back spin, and a loop jump. This is a one and a half rotation jump. Michelle uses no speed and uses the check mark position. She really focuses on your hands and arms, she uses a check mark with your free leg, and hand in your pocket to help you understand and execute your positions.

Then you need to really feel the rotation and spin and spin and spin. This is a great exercise to repeat over and over.
