Product Description
This lesson focuses on toe placement in your lutz jump. Learn the correct toe placement which will help you jump higher and create more power on your take off.
Robert focuses on where to exactly place your toe, fairly close. Hear about the base of the back, arms and your butt. He talks about your body weight and rotation. You will learn to set up your jump in a neutral position. He talks about your outside edge. You will learn a great trick by using a imaginary stick, this will help you with your arms and upper body.
So the focus is on being neutral with a slight counter rotation with your upper body, not the arms, turn your stomach slightly it gets your left shoulder under your chin. Then when you come back the other way bend the elbows the right wrist touches the left and that’s when we want our toe pick to be making contact.
