Running Stroking Exercise

This exercise is great to use to warm up or in a stroking class.  Brian explains how to use gravity in this exercise.  You need to land in the middle of your blade.  This exercise is great with music and uses basic running then transitions into cross overs.  In this 3 min 32 second lesson you will also see some great skaters execute this running step.  You will use your arms and then just hold them out.  You will also do this in both directions.  Posture is key to really get the most from your stride.  Learning to keep your weight outside of the circle is a big part of correctly doing the running steps.
