In this 3 minute and 21 second video lesson Robert Tebby discusses the difference in your timing on the different entries into your sal chow.

Robert explains the timing and knee bend during your set up and how important it is to find the one that is right for you.  He then introduces the letter “L’ position with your arms and your body tilted forward.  You will hear head placement and foot placement on take off.

You will then learn an exercise to help you with this piece on the take off. Your feet will remain parallel, then  you will learn how to pivot your hips, do a half turn then another half turn to finish the take off.  You will see this exercise demonstrated by Robert and as always put a landing on everything you do creates a great habit.
