This lesson teaches you a great salchow exercise. This exercise creates muscle memory so when you go to jump you are ready to do all of the right positions, and timing.
Learn an arm placement exercise. Robert stresses that your back arm should be high and to the side and your front arm should be low. Your right arm should make contact on your take off.
To try and get your left arm smaller as skaters usually have wide arms on take off, put your left arm on your stomach, right arm high and to the side then do a single salchow then back spin using your right arm only. This exercise really highlights your errors.
