This lesson focuses on your salchow take off. Robert Tebby talks about how at the end of your take off your legs should make the letter H. Then after you curve around the take off he talks about getting your hips to pivot.
You will then learn an exercise that will help you with this specific part of your take off. You will learn how you should go up then cross your feet to your air position.
Rob then talks about the relationship with your right arm and your right leg. They should be in time together on your take off. You will then learn a common error skaters make on their take off.
