This lesson shows you a sequence of turns for you to practice. You will see Paul Matheson show you the sequence of turns. The turns are right forward inside rocker, back inside counter, change edge loop, change edge forward inside rocker, back inside counter, change edge loop. This can be done many times down the ice it can be continuous.

You will then see this sequence in slow motion. Paul then explains where to place each turn making this excellent sequence of turns easier for you to execute properly. This is very helpful and can be used as a warm up exercise or for you step sequence in your program.

You will hear how to challenge your edges, and use knee bend which makes this exercise deep and edgy.
