Paige will take look at your salchow take off with a three turn and a mohawk. You can choose any set up.
You will learn how important it is to stretch the three tun or mohawk so that you are not swingy. You will then learn a great board exercise to help you with your free leg positioning.
You will then get a close look at both set ups and advice to make sure you master this exercise before you start jumping.
