This is the 4th lesson is the second jump is a toe loop exercise.  Here you will see a great demonstration of the waltz jump, loop jump, toe loop exercise.  In this demonstration we are lucky to see a triple toe.

Brian then adds two loop jumps one with your free leg behind and one in front with a demonstration from him as well.

We are then so lucky to see Javier Fernandez execute this exercise with a triple toe.  We also will see him in slow motion so you can see every little position that is needed to get this exercise flowing and rhythmic.  This lesson is 1 minute and 38 seconds.
