Brackets How To Do Three In A Row

$2.99

Product Description

Paul uses this 3 minute and 17 second group video lesson to demonstrate how to do three forward brackets in a row. Paul emphasizes the importance of doing each bracket turn on a circle, then stepping forward on the opposite foot, on which you will perform the next bracket. It is critical that bracket turns be performed on a circle, but circle size is less important than making sure your exit edge is clean and solid.

Paul suggests that skaters imagine a straight axis running down the length of the ice and that when stepping into the bracket turn your toe picks must be facing perpendicular to, or 90 degrees from, this imaginary axis.
