Douglas explains the use of your right arm and your skating side. He explains the spine and rib cage and how to stretch the whole skating side up. It is helpful to open your palm in your hand and this helps you stretch up more.
Douglas then shows a pull over to spin exercise that is very helpful. You then will see a single toe loop exercise. In this 2 minute 28 second lesson the focus is in your arm placement which is very important when you do combination jumps.
