This lesson will help your GOE in the lutz jump.  A fun way to hit your air position and keep your jumps straight and have stronger landings.  You will see how to put your hands back to back together and drive up your arms straight into the air.  Your elbow will draw back letting the jump go up and straight back.

This technique can be used on all of your jumps.
