This is a 2 minute and 16 second exercise on body movement to the count of 4. It’s fun and you can use this anywhere in your program ar perhaps to warm up at the start of a session. Michael shows this step and you will see skaters perform it as well. There is also a backwards cross exercise that is fun to do in this lesson as well. You will see some arm exercises in this lesson that is also very fun to do.
