This is the last of the Endurance Stroking series. You will see some great cardio exercises and flexibility exercises when you are warm. This is the best time to work on your flexibility because when you are warm you will see greater results.
If you purchase all 6 lessons you have a very good endurance stroking class. It’s important to do 20 minutes of cardio to really get full advantage of the cardio training.
