This is MySk8Coach’s first harness lesson.  This will let you see a harness lesson on a double axel.  This type of harness is very helpful because its not attached to the ceiling running straight across.  So therefore a skater can use their pattern anywhere on the ice.  You can do your solo patterns and are not restricted to being stuck in an end and horribly going straight in your patterns.

You will see and hears the benefits of the harness and you will see a really good double axel attempt done by a girl that has not tried it out of the harness ever.  This is a 2 minute a 15 second look at a double axel in the harness.
