This is the first lesson in Michelle’s two part wally series. Michelle starts with a great exercise to get started. It’s a one foot exercise to get your edges going, jumping from your inside edge. This is a new take off as there is no other jump that takes off this way. So this exercise really helps with the feeling and edge you must have to properly do a wally.

You will see and learn how you will jump from your inside edge landing on your outside edge. Then Michelle progresses to a second exercise jumping from a three turn using a line to jump from one side to the other.

Then another progression to the exercise, 3 turn step over the line on your inside edge then jump and land on your outside edge. You will then see a cheated walk through to get the feel. The next lesson Learn a Wally 2 Michelle Leigh goes even further with this exercise.
