This lesson will really help you understand proper toe placement and the actual take off action. You will also hear exactly how to move off your toe pick and see the distance in the toe placement that you need to have to ensure a great lutz take off.

You will then see Sk8er’s demonstrate an exercise with edges and jump rotation. This will give you the correct lutz take off with a strong outside edge.
