Robert goes into detail on your body, feet, and legs in order to maximize this exercise. You will also learn how to pivot your hips which is key to single, double and triple jumps.

    Question: I do like the way of explanation approach, but wonder if it couldn’t trigger “wrapped leg”? Thank you!

    The intention of the exercise is to be able to exit the three turn prepared for the loop jump. The free hip should be slightly open being careful not to exaggerate.

    If done correctly there will be no wrapped free leg!!
