Robert gives a great beginner level exercise using the boards. This is great for your legs and hips. You use your toe and heel. You will see a very close look at your feet and then a great slow motion look as well.
Robert goes into detail on your body, feet, and legs in order to maximize this exercise. You will also learn how to pivot your hips which is key to single, double and triple jumps.

The intention of the exercise is to be able to exit the three turn prepared for the loop jump. The free hip should be slightly open being careful not to exaggerate.
If done correctly there will be no wrapped free leg!!
