Tugba introduces the set up this jump using a line and starting with a simple “T” position. Tugba breaks this down by using a straight line three turn pausing the second side of the three turn.
Tugba then uses the boards to help you learn the next piece of the salchow. Tugba shows the jump fully so you can see each piece necessary to learning the whole jump. In the 2 minutes and 33 seconds you will also learn valuable control of your three turn which creates better jumping.
