Robert talks about the specific spot just before you leave the ice.  He talks about your wrists, their placement as we as your toe placement.  Then specifies the exact spot.  Robert then gives you a great exercise, walk through that will really help this spot just before take off.

Sometimes we blame our landings when we miss a jump but more often the problem starts on your take off.
