Rob talks about balance and arm placement.  He then talks about using the letter L motion. You will learn how to balance and reset. This is key in getting the second jump done properly.  He then talks about your head placement and tapping your toe.

Rob then talks about pointing both of your toes on your take off. Balance, set, contact,  and then go through this little exercise over and over.

    This lesson is very helpful. I like how the action is broken down into four main positions (balance, reset, tap/contact, fire.) For skaters who think too much about the technique, perhaps verbally saying these one worded positions will help achieve the movement of the left leg coming around for a double or triple toe as the second jump. I look forward to trying this! Thank you for sharing, Rob.
