In this lesson the flip jump has a three turn. You can use other entrances but this will talk about the arms on the three turn. Once you turn backwards its all the same you will need the pattern to glide straight back and let the jump go up.
The toe placement is close to the skating foot nor far back and you must let the jump go up and back. Head placement is also talked about. Keeping it straight is so important. Toe in like two shoes in a box/close together getting the toe under your butt.
Lets remember the inside edge on the flip the judges really watch for that. Also good tight feet in the air are discussed in 3 minutes and 17 seconds of this great flip lesson.
